Hi, I’m Elisha Collins

A London based psychotherapist trained in multiple therapeutic models.

About me

I’m a Masters-trained psychotherapist, passionate about helping people achieve greater self-awareness and emotional wellbeing to ultimately improve their lives. I combine a number of therapeutic models to best fit each individual’s journey of discovery and healing. And I constantly continue my own training and self-development in order to better my practice for others.

I studied at the home of British psychotherapy, the Tavistock & Portman, and am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).

I have a deep love, respect and curiosity for the diversity of people in all it's forms. This means that my practice welcomes people from any background, identity and orientation. I genuinely look forward to meeting you. And whether you look like or identify with with me, or it feels like we may not have anything in common, I will provide a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are.

In-person and remote therapy

I am available for online sessions, and also offer a limited number of in-person sessions in Bromley, southeast London.
